Production Supervisor

Our Production Supervisor must:

• Be able to work 2nd shift hours: 10-hour workdays Monday thru Thursday
• Be well organized and takes planning approach to accomplishing goals
• Communicate well with verbal and written communication skills.
• Have the ability to work with others.
• Coordinate operations in a safe manner with the physical well-being of our employees being of primary concern.
• Coordinate projects with the Vice President of Operations to make sure our customer's needs are met.
• Ensure finished product meets or exceeds compliance regulations and customer requirements.
• Provide employee development to meet the future needs of the company.
• Applicants must be competent in Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiarity with AWS D1.5 is desired.  Being familiar/having a certification in NACE Level 1 or higher is preferred/desired.  In addition, applicants must be able to:
