Production Planning and Logistics Coordinator

Stupp Bridge Company is seeking a Production Planning and Logistics Coordinator to coordinate shipping and logistics functions, and manage scheduling and production control.

The successful candidate will:

• Coordinate shipping and delivery of all materials produced for Stupp Bridge customers based on desired delivery dates
• Schedule trucks for loading and delivery
• Provide constant communication between carrier, customer, and Stupp Bridge Company utilizing exceptional customer service skills. This may require taking calls on occasion outside of normal work hours.
• Utilize FabSuite software to create labor reporting and efficiency reports
• Reconcile estimated & planned hours for each job
• Create long range and daily production schedules based on jobs and man hours available
• Provide the documentation needed to start and finish jobs, such as pick orders and labels for finished goods
• Verify and close out all work orders

Applicants must be competent in Microsoft Word and Excel, and FabSuite or other MRP/ERP system experience is desired.  In addition, applicants must be able to:

• Juggle multiple priorities/multi-task while being highly organized
• Communicate well with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Analyze data, think critically about problems and provide creative solutions.
• Form good working relationships and provide excellent customer service.
